Scope
The owners wanted to update the interior of their kitchen, add a new powder room and pantry, convert their existing carport to an outdoor entertainment area and build a new carport. In order to give the kitchen more room and open up the area, the dining room and breakfast area partition walls were removed and the kitchen was totally remodeled with a new pantry and powder room. The exterior existing carport was converted to an entertainment area complete with a vaulted ceiling, marble flooring, new natural stone walls and fireplace (see before and after photos). A new covered walkway was added to connect to the new carport and storage rooms. A new driveway completed the new areas.
