“A renovation tends to be simultaneously the most stressful and exciting experience. Somehow Chuck managed to almost entirely eliminate the stress aspect of the renovation from the bid process all the way through completion. The level of detail and care that went in to the initial proposal/bid set the tone for the entire project. Chuck provided a thorough, and specific, budget and timeline that was adhered to from start to finish. The only budget overages or delays were due to our own mid project changes. “The quality of work is top notch. Especially the cabinets, we get compliments on those from friends and family members. The project turned out even better than originally drawn due to enhancements and upgrades we made along the way. Our project completed ahead of time by a couple of weeks! Chuck was very good at letting me know what the schedule was and what to expect on a daily basis. Chuck was friendly and professional. He is honest and direct. We lived in our house during the renovation so certainly things can get a little crowded. But overall the subs were very respectful and as clean as they could be.
